An excuse to gorge on chips and salsa…count me in! Happy Cinco de Mayo amigos! Kids First Teddy Bears celebrated by enjoying Mariachi music throughout the morning and dancing the Mexican Hat Dance. Super fun! Then we satisfied our palates by eating quesadilla’s topped with sour cream, chips with Casa Lupe salsa, fresh guacamole and spicy onion dip…mm-m-mm.
