We had a spectacular HALLOWEEN BASH in the KIDS FIRST Teddy Bear Class! It was a pretty scary and thrilling event. Luckily, we had two jack-o’-lantern’s, a Spiderman, and a T-Rex to protect us. We had the best time doing a Halloween Craft, listening to our hilarious Skeleton Hiccups book, dancing during our Pumpkin Walk contest, playing a Witch Hat Ring Toss Game, and spinning around in circles to pin the Nose on the Big Orange Pumpkin, winning prizes and treats. The Monster Mash, Purple People Eater, Witch Doctor and Walking Through the Cemetery songs brought us into the Halloween spirit while we feasted on our Halloween appropriate snacks! And then winding down the activities watching silly Halloween cartoons on PBS KIDS made it a huge success.
A special thank you to Maddie Scalvini (Theodore’s mom) for providing the spectacular treat bags for every student and the unexpected, unique gift for me. Wow! Thank you so much. This made my day.
